20161014日,吐鲁番市文物局组织相关单位和专家组成验收小组,对交河故城遗址文物本体及环境监测预警系统进行了竣工验收。依照项目验收程序和要求,验收小组对整个项目的设备安装、系统运行平台及资料整理情况进行了检查和评估,认为该系统设备运行正常,各项监测指标符合设计质量要求,实现了遗址环境监测功能和目标。参会此次验收的专家和领导有:吐鲁番市文物管理局党组成员、副局长阿力木•热西提,吐鲁番市气象局副局长、高级工程师杜江,龟兹研究院所长、副研究员叶梅,吐鲁番学研究院副研究员汤士华,交河故城文管所所长祖鲁甫卡尔,以及监理和施工方的相关代表。

    On October 14, 2016, Turpan City Bureau of Cultural Relics organized relevant units and experts to check and accept the Ancient City of Jiaohe and the environmental monitoring and early warning system. According to the procedures and requirements of the project acceptance, the acceptance team inspected and evaluated the equipment installation, system operation platform and data processing of the whole project. The team believed that the operation of the system was normal and all the monitoring indicators met the design quality requirements, functions and goals of environmental monitoring. Experts and leaders who participated in the acceptance were: party member and deputy director Alim·Rexit from Turpan City Cultural Relics Bureau, deputy director and senior engineer Du Jiang from Turpan City Bureau of Meteorology , director and associate researcher Ye Mei of Kucha Institute, associate researcher Tang Shihua from Research Institute of Turfan, director Zulu P Karl from Cultural Management Office of Jiaohe Ancient City, and relevant representatives of supervision and construction.

  该项目于2015312日正式开工, 于412日完工,工期为30天。截止目前,该系统已运行18个月,根据文物保护工程管理要求,需进行项目验收工作。为做好该项目验收工作,吐鲁番市文物局邀请环境监测相关专家对项目质量进行严格把关,对系统运行及管理提供科学规范的建议。此次验收工作主要分为四项内容。首先对系统设备安装情况进行了现场检查,查看了设备的安装位置、质量、数量及分布;其二,对系统平台运行情况进行了测试,主要检查网络系统是否正常,能否及时准确接收监测数据,能否对数据进行准确分析和评估,能否对遗址本体变化情况进行监测和预警,能否为下一阶段文物保护工作提供科学决策。其三,专家会上听取了施工和监理方对项目施工情况汇报,并对项目完成和自验收情况进行了评价。最后,专家组查验了该项目的竣工资料及环境监测报告。

    The project started on March 12, 2015 and was completed on April 12 with the duration of 30 days. Up till now, the system has been running for 18 months. According to the requirements of management of cultural relics protection project, the project need to be checked and accepted. To do a good job of the project acceptance, Turpan City Bureau of Cultural Relics invited environmental monitoring experts to strictly monitor the project's quality, providing the scientific and standardized recommendations for the system's operation and management. The acceptance of the work was divided into four parts. First of all, they implemented an on-site inspection on the installation of the system equipment, to see the equipment's installation location, quality, quantity and distribution; Second, they tested the system platform and mainly checked whether the network system was normal, whether it could timely and accurately receive the monitoring data, whether the data could be accurately analyzed and assessed, whether it could monitor and warn the changes of the site, and provide scientific decision-making for the next stage of cultural relics protection. Third, the experts listened to the report on the construction and supervision of the project from constructors and supervisors, and evaluated the completion and acceptance of the project. Finally, the expert group checked the completion information of the project and the environmental monitoring report.

从专家组现场验收情况来看,设备安装符合设计和文物保护要求,整个系统运行状态良好,生成各项监测数据详实、准确,达到了该系统设计的预期效果和监测数据前瞻及预警功能。验收会上,对该系统2015.4---11月期间获取交河故城表面温度监测记录进行成果汇报,遗址表面温度为16.7℃~54.9℃,波动范围为38.2℃。

In accordance with the on-site acceptance of the experts, the equipment installation met the requirements of design and cultural relics protection. The whole system was in good working condition and generated detailed and accurate monitoring data, which achieved the expected effect of the system design and the preview and warning function of data monitoring. At the acceptance meeting, results of the surface temperature of Jiaohe Ancient City during April to November in 2015 were reported. The site surface temperature varied from 16.7to 54.9, fluctuating within the range of 38.2.

遗址受阳光直射,其表面温度高于大气温度,结合吐鲁番的天气总体变化来看,表面温度保持合理的变化趋势,环境变化正常,期间出现的特殊变化,多是天气变化引起的。土遗址表面温度的周期性波动会导致土遗址反复出现热胀冷缩、湿胀干缩,导致土遗址开裂。同时,该监测报告通过对风速及空气成分的数据监测,认为该遗址区域风力也较大,风速最大为30m/s,长期的风蚀结果严重影响遗址的长期保存。通过遗址空气监测发现,交河故城空气中的二氧化硫浓度最大为1685ppb,二氧化氮浓度最大为111ppb。以上监测结果数据将为景区管理和遗址本体影响因素提供决策和参考依据。 

The temperature of the site was higher than that of the atmosphere due to the direct sunlight. In light of the general condition of Turpan city, the surface temperature kept a reasonable trend, and the environment changed normally. During the period, there were special changes caused by the weather. The periodic fluctuation of the surface temperature of the earthen site would lead to repeated expansion and contraction, wet expansion and dry shrinkage, as well as the cracking of earthen site. At the same time, after monitoring the data of wind speed and air composition, the report showed that wind power of the site was relative fierce, up to 30m/s. Long-term wind erosion seriously affected the long-term preservation of the site. Air monitoring report pointed out that the largest concentration of sulfur dioxide in the air of Jiaohe City was 1685 ppb, the maximum concentration of nitrogen dioxide was 111ppb. The above data would provide the reference for the scenic management and the influence factors of the site.

  验收小组专家对该项目监测成果给予了肯定和好评,认为该项目的实施非常有必要和及时,该设备采用自动监测获取数据,快速、高效的完成数据的采集和分析,该遗址监测资料为遗址保护工作的开展和实施提供有利的数据支撑和科学指导。同时提出,文化遗产的监测工作是一个长期的过程,该项目建成后,不仅要加强设备的维护和保养,而且要加强监测数据的整理和评估,定期形成数据成果存档或上报上级部门,为文化遗产保护和研究提供科学决策。

    The experts of the acceptance team gave positive affirmation and praise to the monitoring results of the project. They believed that the implementation of the project was very necessary and timely. The equipment can automatically monitor data and collect and analyze it quickly and efficiently. The monitoring documents provided favorable data support and scientific guidance for the development and implementation of the protection work. At the same time, they pointed out that the monitoring of cultural heritage was a long-term process. After the completion of the project, we should not only strengthen the maintenance of the equipment, but also the summary and evaluation of the data. Moreover, the data should be regularly archived or reported to the higher authorities, in order to offer scientific decision-making to the heritage conservation and research.
