Mt. Wangjia Wenxing Pagoda
The Mt. Wangjia Wenxing Pagoda,also known as Lingyan TempleWenxing Pagoda which is located in Mt. Wangjia, Lijia Tai Village,ChengguanTown,Xunyang County,was built in Guangxu period of Qing Dynasty.
It is a 5-storeyed 6-edged pagoda of 10.5 meters high. 1st to4th storey was build with solid stone and painted with lime and brick workjoint were painted with ink. The 5th storey is hollow brick cavity with adoor,and there is a wood carving. According to County of Xunyang,the pagoda wasbuilt by the Magistrate Lin Yuanxiang.
Being the neighbor of Mengda Tomb,it is said by fold legendthat the pagoda was built for tomb-guarding. It maybe implies that peopleadvocate arts not martial arts.

六稜五級で、高さは 10.5メ一トル、1～4層は石積みソ リツドで、表には白灰を塗り、墨でめじを描かれている。五 層目はレンガ積みの中空で、門が一つ築かれ、その中には魁 星点斗木彫りが一つ置いてある。清光緒“洵陽県誌” に、王 家山文星塔は当時の県知事林元薌が建造したと記載されてい る。
塔は孟達墓の側にあるたあ、民間では墓守りのたあに築か れたと言つているが、ここには、武を抑え、文を提唱する意 が入つていると思われる。
